My Seeker missed a session
If your Seeker missed a session with you, please let us know immediately - email us at support@sphere.guide or send a text to 1-833-777-4373.
- Inform us if the Seeker contacted you.
- Reschedule the session if you want to have another session.
If you choose not to reschedule your first Meet, we will process the no-show fee for the missed session. We will add it to your total payout at the end of the month. We typically charge $25. And $20 goes to you. This respects your time and energy. Respect and integrity are part of our company values.
If a Seeker cancels a full session that's less than 24h away, they will lose their credits and you will get paid for that session.
Some things to keep in mind for you as a Guide:
- Seekers aren't able to reschedule themselves within a 24-hour time window. However, if a Seeker messages you directly and asks to reschedule because of a certain circumstance, you can reschedule, using your judgment. Just go to the sessions tab, click on the session ticket, hit update and reschedule. Yes, it's that easy π¦¦
