How to reschedule the session?
To reschedule, simply reach out to your Seeker in the app, kindly letting them know that you will need to reschedule the session. Once you discuss the change with them, you can make the change in the app.
To reschedule your sessions please:
- Head over to the app and go to the Sessions tab
- Tap on the session's ticket
- Choose Update and then Reschedule Session
You can only reschedule the session for a time within your Sphere availability window. You can only pick a time that's 24-hours away from your initial session.
Please note that Seekers cannot reschedule a session within the 24-hour window prior to the session time. However, you can :)
NOTE: Always try to plan ahead and keep your cancellations or reschedules at an absolute minimum. Should we notice an unexplained pattern of rescheduling within the 24hr window, you will go up for review and get a notification that we have temporally paused your account until further notice.
