Calendar integration trouble shooting.
Are you having trouble with your calendar integration? Here are some actions you can take to troubleshoot it:
Step 1: Remove your calendar integration and add it again
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Integrations
- Tap on "Remove ___ Integration
- Integrate your calendar again
Make sure you double-check what email address you're using to integrate your calendar.
...if that didn't work go to step 2
Step 2: Check your availability is set correctly in the app:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Availability
- Review dates and times added in this section
...if that didn't work go to step 3
Step 3: Double-check the event in your calendar integration:
- On your desktop
- Go to the calendar (Google or Acuity) you have used to integrate with Sphere < it has to be exactly the same email address you've used when integrating calendar with Sphere (it might be different email address than the one you use to login to the app).
- Click on the event that should be blocked off > make sure it's marked as busy, like on the image below:
...if that didn't work go to step 4
Step 4: Make sure that other calendars are not blocking your availability
When using Google Calendar, make sure to double-check if you're not subscribed to other calendars that may block your time in the calendar. If you do, make sure to right-click on them to remove the calendar subscription from blocking your availability:
