I can't log into my Sphere Account

If you can't log in to your Sphere account please follow:

• Android phone: 
  • Force shut the Sphere app
  • Go to Settings
  • Apps
  • Sphere
  • Storage
  • Clear Storage & Clear Cache
  • Open the app, and try logging in again
• iPhone
  • delete the app from the phone (press hold on the app, and choose delete from the dropdown)
  • go to Apple store, find "Sphere Guidance" and download the app again
  • Open the app, and try logging in again

If you were a BETA user, make sure to look for the "Test Flight" app on your phone, and remove it as well.
