How does your calendar integration work?

We have calendar integrations with Google and Acuity. These integrations mean that we WON’T DOUBLE BOOK you. 

Our calendar system is meant to save you time, accelerate Seeker bookings and improve quality in the entire coaching experience. It eliminates the old-school, back-and-forth when trying to nail booking downtimes. And it allows Seekers to connect and book with you right away.

This is how it works: 

• Your set your availability preferences in Sphere
• You Integrate your calendar: Google Calendar and Acuity (iCal is not supported)
• We share your most accurate availability with Seekers based on both your in-app availability and your calendar integration. 
• Anything that's marked as busy in your Google or Acuity calendar we will take out of your in-app availability

An example: Say, your in-app availability is set to Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. But you have client meetings or a doctor's appointment during that time. Sphere will know, not only your availability but will also know those appointments. So, we show the most accurate calendar to Seekers. 

Our integration is constantly scanning your calendar to grab open slots based on the windows of availability you’ve allowed Sphere to access.

Remember: Calendar Integration is a must. You will not be active if your Calendar isn’t synced.
