Connectivity issues with my call through the app.
If you experience any technical issues on the call, always make sure to let us know by calling us on 1-833-777-4373, or email us at support@sphere.guide
π TIP: Once you join your session in the app, your call is active until the Session time runs out. You can always leave the call and message you Seeker or contact Sphere. You can rejoin anytime before the session ends.
How to avoid having technical problems while using Sphere:
- Make sure your WiFi connection is stable. Staying closer to a router could help with your connection.
- Keep your phone battery highπ It's best to keep your phone plugged in during the call. Video calls are known to drain the battery much faster than normal calls.
