Check if you have enabled notifications from Sphere.

All Guides must ‘ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS’ so that we can give you an extra nudge when important things are happening in the app (like new bookings, messages and when you need to join a live session).

To enable notifications:

• Go to your phone settings >> APPS
• Hit on Sphere
• Allow Notifications

Then:

• Open your Sphere App
• Go to Settings
• Notifications
• Tick them all ✔️ ⤵
