How do I become a Sphere Guide?

Sphere specializes in offering coaching experiences, and we are definitive about what that means. And there is a difference between a coach, consultant, mentor, and therapist.

To become a Sphere Guide, you should have:

• Qualifications, certification, and training related to coaching practice;
• A pre-existing professional practice (you have been charging for coaching sessions and already work with clients);
• Strong referrals and can provide at least three testimonials;
• A clear focus in your practice and a track record of success in helping clients make powerful progress;
• An insatiable passion for this work. You have clarity around how you want to refine, deepen and grow your practice;
• Demonstrate a commitment to your continued learning and development (the best Guides are always growing too!).
