What to do if a Seeker requests to work with me outside of Sphere?

When this sort of request comes up, we’re here to support both Guides and Seekers fully. 

Here is the language to use:

“Grateful for your interest. For work outside of the Sphere app, it’s best to contact the Sphere Crew. They will be able to offer a way to best support your needs. Please connect with support@sphere.guide to find out more.”
